Tour Agreement & Liability Waiver

This agreement is between Anclote River Tours, LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned participant (“Guest”). By signing this agreement and/or submitting payment, the Guest agrees to the terms and conditions below.

1. Payment Policy

• Customers have the opportunity to rebook themselves online, by calling 561-234-4342, or receive a full refund or credit, with 48 hours notice. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to inquire about cancellations. No-shows will be charged the full price.

• Non-Transferable Payments: Payments cannot be transferred to another person, tour, or service.

2. Tour Policies

• Arrival & Boarding: Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may forfeit their tour without a refund.

• Inclement Weather: Tours operate rain or shine. However, the Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to severe weather or safety concerns. In such cases, the Guest will receive a credit toward a future tour.

• Behavior & Conduct: Guests must adhere to all safety instructions and respect the crew, vessel, and fellow passengers. The Company reserves the right to remove any Guest who engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior without a refund.

3. Liability Waiver

By participating in the tour aboard the Firefly motor yacht, the Guest acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with boating activities. These risks include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, motion sickness, or injuries resulting from the natural environment.

• Release of Liability: The Guest agrees to release Anclote River Tours, LLC, its owners, agents, and crew from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Company.

4. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing below or submitting payment, the Guest confirms that:

• They have read and understand all policies outlined in this agreement.

• They accept the terms and conditions as binding.
